CrossFit

The daily CrossFit classes features workouts that are constantly varied, functional movements performed with an appropriate intensity to match the trainees ability level.

Olympic Weightlifting

The Olympic Weightlifting class focuses exclusively on proper technique for weightlifting. Athletes will work on improving their abilities in the snatch and the clean and jerk through drills, technique work, accessory exercises and of course plenty of classic lifting.

Sunday Funday

Sweat it out with us every Sunday in our Sunday Funday class. This class has a quarterly focus that changes throughout the year and is a great way to get your fitness on over the weekend.

Open Gym

Want to put in some extra work on specific skills or catch up on a workout you missed earlier in the week? During Open Gym, you can workout, lift, practice skills, work on your mobility, etc
