CROSSFIT

CrossFit is a group fitness class that combines weightlifting, gymnastics, and endurance elements.  The workouts are meant to be short, but extremely effective due to the intensity level with which they are performed.  The workout of the day or WOD, is programmed for you which means that all you need to do is show up and get the work done!  Each hour long class is led and supervised by certified CrossFit instructor.  They will take you through a warmup, skill or strength set, and finally the workout of the day.  All elements of the workout will be explained and demonstrated and modifications will be provided for anyone who needs them.  Every member of the class does the workout at the same time and once the clock starts, it is time to go!

BABY & ME

This class is designed for Moms (or Dads) with babies or toddlers who are looking to get back into shape and socialize with other new parents!  Participants are encouraged to bring their baby or toddler in their stroller, car seat, favorite chair, or pack and play to watch while their parents get in a good sweat.  There will not be childcare provided, however, parents are free to come and go as necessary during the class to tend to their baby’s needs.  Workouts will follow a CrossFit style format, but will keep in mind the needs of new mothers.  All movements can be modified for any fitness level!  We will even get the babies involved in the action!  This is the perfect opportunity to bond with your baby, make new friends, and establish a more healthy and active lifestyle.  Remember, happy parents raise happy kids!  Session begins on October 3 and runs every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30.

FUN & FIT KIDS PROGRAM

This program is for children ages 6-12. The class runs every Thursday from 5:30-6:30. The purpose of this program is to develop a love and appreciation of health fitness at a young age.  It is meant to teach kids that exercising can be fun, but also, that it is an important part of maintaining a healthy life style.  While most of the focus will be on activity, we will also touch on nutrition and making healthy choices in our daily lives.  Finally, we will incorporate the importance of team work and sportsmanship into every class.  Our hope is that our kids leave each session with a sense of accomplishment and a love of fitness that they will take with them throughout their lives
