By doing this type of exercise, not only will you get in better shape… you will improve the way you move and perform in your daily routine!
When compared to a traditional gym membership, CrossFit seems expensive. But, like anything else, you get what you pay for!! I’m not talking about fresh towels and a tanning bed… I’m talking about RESULTS!! Every day at a CrossFit gym, you have a workout that is designed for you, much the way you would if you hired a personal trainer. You are coached by a certified instructor who has been trained in CrossFit methodology and can help you work towards your goals. All you have to do is show up, and we do the rest. So many of us have busy lives and taxing jobs and the last thing we want to do when we get to the gym is have to do MORE thinking. CrossFit takes the thinking out of it and allows you a quick, concise, but extremely effective workout. Your health and well-being is the most valuable thing you have, and CrossFit is an investment in that!!! And if you still aren’t convinced… do the math! The average rate a personal trainer receives is between $50 and $60 an hour. This means that even if you only did 1 session per week, you would be paying $200 a month.
