Run 1 Mile

Lift 5,000/7,500 lbs.

Run: Can be broken up any way you want

Lifts: Use any combination of lifts and weights to acquire 5,000lbs for women and 7,500lbs for men.  No more than 20 reps per lift… AKA, you cannot deadlift the whole time…
