Metcon:

6 Rounds/ 2:30 per round w/ 30 sec rest between rounds

Rounds 1,3,5:

10 DB Thrusters 35/50

Max Calorie Row in time remaining

Rounds 2,4,6:

10 SDHP 65/95

Max Front Squats in time remaining
