**We will be on a limited schedule next week 6/13-6/18 as we will be renovating. Classes will be held outside (weather permitting). M-W-F classes at 6:30 AM, 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM. T-Th only 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Check the website or Facebook page if the weather looks iffy! **

5 Rounds: 1 min at each station with 1 min rest between rounds

1- Tire Flips

2- Over the head plate carry

3- Sprawl to high pull

4- Flutter kicks

5- Heavy rope turns

Today’s AM Workout

15 Min Ascending Ladder

3 Wall Balls

3 Deadlifts

1 Rope Climb

6 Wallballs

6 Deadlifts

1 Rope Climb

9 Wall Balls

9 Deadlifts

1 Rope Climb

Repeat this pattern with the reps increasing by 3 each round, and the rope climb remaining the same!
