WOD: 15 min EMOM

Minute 1: 10 HSPU (strict for RX)

Minute 2: 5 Deadlifts @ 75% of your 1RM

Minute 3: 10 Pistol Squats

* If you cannot complete the reps in the minute, do as many as you can and move to the next exercise on the minute.
