Both partners work at the same time to chip away at the reps.  Switch exercises as necessary until they are both complete!

  1. 100 Box Jumps and 100 KBS
  2. 100 Calorie Row and 100 Thrusters
  3. 100 Ring Rows and 100 Pushups
  4. 100 Goblet Squats and 100 SDHP
